We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant 3 to join our team at Robsack Wood Primary Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in a classroom setting, supporting the class teacher and working independently with small groups of children. You will be an excellent communicator, with high expectations for the welfare of our pupils. Your excellent motivational and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
- Work independently with small groups of children, providing targeted support and guidance
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
