CityWorx is proud to partner with an esteemed Mental Health Nursing Home in St Leonards On Sea, East Sussex. We are seeking a seasoned Registered Manager to lead the team, who embodies a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient allocation of resources within the Nursing Home and will be registered with the Care Quality Commission as the Registered Manager. Working closely with the senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall performance and development of the home, including financial sustainability, service growth, and transition. We are looking for an individual with experience in managing a similar mental health nursing home, including leading a team that involves the management of nursing staff. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
