About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Heritage Platform team at Lloyds Bank plc. As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Heritage Platform, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Programme Governance and Project Management: Oversee the governance and project management of our Heritage Platform, ensuring alignment with Group Policies and effective delivery of key objectives.
  2. Governance Activity Planning: Identify and plan key governance activities to ensure the Platform operates within established frameworks and guidelines.
  3. Reporting and Communication: Utilize strong organizational skills to deliver timely and accurate reports, committee papers, and other information as required, supporting effective communication across the team.
  4. Process Support: Provide support for key processes around Resourcing, Risks, Dependencies, and utilize change tools such as Jira, CORE, and QBR App.
  5. Deputy Role: Deputise for the Senior Business Manager and communicate with senior team members, ensuring seamless leadership and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Background: Proven experience in Business Management/PMO, including Governance, reporting (RAIDs, Actions, Decisions), and resourcing.
  2. Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, make sense of it, and present it in an appropriate format for multiple stakeholders.
