Job Title: National Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Accounts Coordinator to join our team at Carrier. As a National Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support in our depot in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Open and manage new customer/supplier accounts through Carrier Portals.
  • Generate hire and sales quotations.
  • Process customer sales/hire purchase orders and liaise with depots/rehire partners on equipment availability.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with hired equipment and manage POs.
  • Process equipment exchanges, losses, and damages, and follow scrap/disposal processes.
  • Manage and resolve invoice queries, including processing suspension requests.
  • Run pre-invoice reports to capture and resolve anomalies.
  • Produce and deliver dispatch notes, and follow quality processes and procedures.
  • Participate in external and internal quality audits.
  • Seek out business opportunities to meet company targets.
  • Manage a database to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative/sales experience (ideally in the Rental Sector).
  • Proactive approach focused on customers.
  • Result-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and open to development.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
