Job Title: National Accounts Coordinator

Carrier is seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Coordinator to join our team in Livingston, Scotland. As a key member of our sales and administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Process customer sales and hire purchase orders, while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative and sales experience, preferably in the rental sector.
  • Proactive approach focused on customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven attitude, with a strong focus on sales growth and revenue.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
