Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential property portfolio, including maintenance, property management, and deposit resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure gas safety checks are up to date and electrical safety checks are performed regularly.
  • Coordinate inventories, check-in, and check-out appointments, as well as advising utility companies of meter readings.
  • Negotiate and coordinate renewal contracts, and draft final statements of repairs for accounts to process.
  • Provide day-to-day correspondence, tenant referencing, and monitoring via referencing agencies.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and send EPC instructions via our website.
Requirements:
  • A calm and unflappable individual with strength of character, able to handle issues such as return of deposits or repairs required to a property.
  • A systematic approach with strong administrative skills, including the ability to generate letters and reports.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on relevant experience, including bonuses.
  • A Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays (typically 1 in 6) and a day off in lieu.
