Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Crisis and Home Treatment Team. This role is pivotal in delivering safe and effective assessments, treatments, and comprehensive discharge planning, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills and appropriate assessment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will work within the Section 136 suite, Triage Car, and Rapid Response service, ensuring that the clinical caseload and practice meet the highest standards of care. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date care plans, conducting risk assessments, and performing regular reviews to safeguard individuals from abuse, neglect, and harm. Your efforts will enable clients to cultivate independent living skills and thrive within the community.

Leadership and Development:
Demonstrating empowering leadership skills within the Crisis Team is essential. You will actively seek opportunities to promote and develop the profession at both local and national levels.

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle. The pay structure is as follows:

  • Days - £24.78 per hour
  • Nights/Sat - £30.00 per hour
  • Sunday/Bhol - £36.00 per hour

Contract Details:
Duration: 3 Months +
Band: 6
Compensation:
Up to £36.00 per hour

Applicants must be a registered mental health nurse or registered with Social Work England. We also offer various mental health block bookings in the area.
