Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive our commitment to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, ensuring the delivery of detailed and realistic plans.
  • Anticipate and respond to legal, regulatory, and external changes that impact the housing sector.
  • Work with senior leaders to coach, motivate, and inspire teams across the organisation.
  • Presentation of insights and proposals to internal and external audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive new approaches and innovation within the business.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the social housing sector and the ability to anticipate and respond to external challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and engage teams across the organisation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, particularly in response to regulatory or market changes.
