Job Summary

Montash is a leading tech recruitment agency and consultancy, specializing in securing top talent and building high-performing teams for global companies. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our corporate team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support
    • Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Provide comprehensive support to the Operational Teams, including People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Learning & Development.
    • Assist with scheduling, managing sales processes, group meetings, maintaining calendars, research, reports, and presentations.
    • Support the processing of new joiners and leavers, focusing on administrative tasks.
    • Conduct research-based assignments for engagement activities.
  • Office Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all office and building-related queries, including stationery, hardware, and maintenance.
    • Manage all administrative duties in the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
    • Support with ad-hoc travel bookings and liaise with building management vendors.
    • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
    • Process office management-related expenses and assist with wider business expenses.
    • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design, and implement new systems.
    • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment.
  • Resource, Technology, and Systems Management
    • Oversee the use and maintenance of the Sales Tech Stack.
    • Manage issues raised by the sales team regarding tech stack performance and technical faults.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
    • Generate ad-hoc ROI reports to provide insight into the effectiveness of tech-stack investments.
    • Ensure data security and confidentiality.
    Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, office administration, and technical support.

The salary for this position is £35,000 (pro-rata).
