Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational and executive support to the Head of Business Operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee product development and marketing initiatives
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable administrative role
- Working knowledge of the business consulting industry
- Experience working in a small to medium-sized company or owner-managed business
- Process-minded and tech-savvy with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive starting salary from £26,000
- 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday)
