Job Description

Job Title: Apprentice Business Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Apprentice Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of business cases, policies, and plans, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
  • Provide project support to the operations team, including analysis of complex data, writing reports and protocols, and undertaking surveys as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with best practice.
  • Support the COO and senior team in developing the service in line with local and national targets, policy, and agreed standards of care.
  • Act as Quality Improvement Lead for the operations team, attending training and sharing learning across the team and wider trust.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
