About the Role

The Bank Data Operations Team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bank Data Operations Coordinator. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover for a key role within the team.

About the Team

The Bank Data Operations Team is responsible for providing market-leading, timely, reliable, and comprehensive data to all our stakeholders, and supporting our customers throughout the process. The team leads content acquisition, management, and support functions for Payments and Know Your Customer (KYC) related data.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external customer KYC data queries, responding in a commercial manner. They will assess, monitor, and take action to resolve as appropriate, conducting periodic analysis to interpret trends. The role will also involve upholding data governance best practices, data management principles, and supporting process documentation and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
