Job Summary

Montash is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our corporate team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week. This role will provide operational support to various departments, including People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support
    • Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Provide comprehensive support to the Operational Teams, including scheduling, managing sales processes, and maintaining calendars.
    • Research and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
    • Support the processing of new joiners and leavers, including administrative tasks.
    • Conduct research-based assignments for engagement activities.
  • Office Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office and building-related queries.
    • Manage administrative duties in the office, ensuring a smooth operation.
    • Support with ad-hoc travel bookings and liaise with building management vendors.
    • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
    • Partner with the Operations Team to develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
    • Process office management-related expenses and assist with wider business expenses.
    • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design, and implement new systems.
    • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment.
  • Resource, Technology, and Systems Management
    • Oversee the use and maintenance of the Sales Tech Stack.
    • Manage issues raised by the sales team regarding tech stack performance and technical faults.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
    • Generate ad-hoc ROI reports to provide insight into the effectiveness of tech-stack investments.
    • Ensure data security and confidentiality.
    Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, administration, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

The salary for this role is £35,000 (pro-rata).
