Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, and network diagnostics.

- Perform routine system maintenance and updates to guarantee peak performance and security.
- Assist in formulating and executing IT policies and procedures.
- Deliver technical assistance and training to both staff and students.

- Maintain precise records of IT resources and manage inventory effectively.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Support Specialist, ideally within an educational context.

- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Relevant IT certifications or qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
An enhanced DBS check is a prerequisite for this role. We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for incremental increases.
