About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Uptime Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by our clients, including Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, printers, and scanners.
  • Administer Windows Server 2016 and 2019, as well as network troubleshooting.
  • Use our PSA platform to log and respond to support tickets.
  • Identify and escalate higher-level issues to senior engineers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering support in a friendly and positive manner.
Requirements
  • Passion for technology and self-development.
  • Experience working for a managed service provider.
  • Knowledge of Autotask RMM or PSA.
