Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to support the Solutions Management, Solutions Engineering, and Alliances teams. In this role, you will provide project coordination and oversight for solutions project activities, collaborating effectively across internal teams engaged within the project lifecycle.

This is a dynamic role that requires a customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving outcomes and delivering high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and oversight for solutions project activities.
  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams engaged within the project lifecycle.
  • Drive outcomes and deliver high-profile projects.
  • Develop long-range project plans and schedules for individual work or for a small team.
  • Manage infrastructure-related projects with fluency in on-premise and cloud infrastructures.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 7 years of project management experience within engineering or IT environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, cross-functionality across internal organizations and within external partners/vendors.
  • PMP certification required.

Education

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline is required. Master's Degree in computer-related field or business is preferred.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is [$158,270]–[$204,820] and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
