About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Graduate Financial Associate to join our brokerage team in London. As a French speaking professional, you will play a key role in supporting our team's ambitious goals by coordinating with internal departments, preparing onboarding paperwork, and building new processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with operational requests, including portfolio recommendations, system updates, and documentation
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation from clients
  • Partner with the insurance company to complete administrative and operational requests for clients
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and brainstorm process improvements to support a growing department
About You

You will be an excellent communicator, able to connect with a wide range of audiences by phone and email. As part of our energetic and multicultural team, you will have great opportunities to progress in your career within the company. You will work Monday to Friday in our London office and be compensated generously with an outstanding benefits package.

Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Degree and/or experience in the financial or banking industry
  • Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Eager to work in an autonomous environment to support client needs
  • Passionate about the finance industry
