Office Manager Opportunity

Lloyd Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading charity in search of a Temporary Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the site on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site maintenance and ensure essential repairs are carried out by qualified contractors.
  • Manage fire and intruder alarm systems, conducting regular drills and testing.
  • Ability to assess risk and manage compliance with safety regulations.
  • Training and knowledge of Health & Safety policies and legislation.
  • Proficient in using various software tools.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Knowledge of community engagement programming.
  2. Experience in ensuring compliance of facilities and services.
  3. Previous experience working for a non-profit organisation / volunteer management.
  4. Experience in retail, including cash handling and basic financial systems.
  5. First Aid qualification and safeguarding training.

Other key Attributes:

  1. Flexible approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.
