Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SLA-driven EPOS and IT support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.
  • Diagnose and rectify EPOS, networking, and IT issues, including installation, move, add, and change of devices.
  • Perform physical installation of devices, including mounting and cabling.
  • Participate in project work, including AV, digital signage, and customer rollouts.
  • Provide on-site support services for EPOS, I.T., and network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
  • Complete timely and accurate paperwork.
  • Cable infrastructure, including Cat5, Cat6, and wireless.

Requirements:

  • Full driver's license and comfort with extensive periods of travel.
  • Full 5-year DBS checkable history to enable airside passes at airports.
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to methodically work through on-site problems from arrival to satisfactory conclusion.
  • Willingness to be based from home and travel as required, including overnight stays.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility, reliability, tolerance, and energy.
  • Passion for technology and providing exceptional customer service.
