Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems.

About the Role:
  • Support haematology, clinical chemistry, and laboratory automation systems located at hospital sites throughout the South East and London.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
