Our client, an undisclosed company, is seeking a skilled Aviation Project Coordinator to enhance their project management team.

Role Overview

In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and analyzing project schedules, costs, and performance metrics within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ensure seamless integration using Microsoft Project (MSP).
  • Prepare and update presentations to accurately reflect project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain daily management metrics for effective oversight.
  • Conduct cost assessments, analyzing actual expenditures against budgeted figures.
  • Identify discrepancies and formulate action plans to address issues.
  • Manage resource allocation and balance supply and demand effectively.
  • Facilitate the scheduling process using IMS and MSP integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance against established targets for scope, time, and costs.
  • Support daily management operations and ensure data is current and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in the aviation sector is essential.
  • A degree in business, engineering, or project management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a planning or project management capacity.
  • Technical expertise relevant to the role.
  • Familiarity with working in a highly regulated environment.
