We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant team and play a key role in our growth strategy by executing our venue acquisition goals.

Position Overview: We are in search of an experienced and proactive Sales Development Representative to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of creating and implementing a venue acquisition strategy that utilizes our existing customer base while pinpointing new growth opportunities. This role entails building and nurturing relationships with prospective venue partners from the initial onboarding stage, identifying and qualifying new venue partners, and driving increased revenue through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

New Venue Acquisition and Revenue Enhancement:

  • Identify and qualify potential venue partners for our connected and fully managed offerings.
  • Collaborate with broader teams to ensure venue acquisition efforts align with business objectives.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive proposals to potential venue partners across various sectors.

Lead Generation Planning and Execution:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to discover potential partners that align with our strategic vision.
  • Spot lead generation opportunities among both existing and new venue partners.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to grasp their requirements and uncover new venue lead generation opportunities.
  • Input and follow up on central marketing lead generation initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stimulate new lead generation.

Pipeline Management for Deal Maximization:

  • Identify and qualify new venue partners' offerings during the discovery and needs analysis phase.
  • Ensure proposals are in line with the commercial strategy of the business, focusing on volume and value.
  • Oversee the deals pipeline from initial contact to closure, maintaining full visibility of communications and tasks.

Partnership Development:

  • Enhance revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts.
  • Act as the liaison from acquisition to the onboarding phase of venue partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for growth and ongoing improvement.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track and report on the success of venue partnerships, offering insights and recommendations for continuous enhancement.
