Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Consultant to join our thriving residential sales team at Countrywide Scotland, representing a reputable real estate firm.

Core responsibilities:

The main objective of this role is to acquire property listings and new mandates while providing exceptional client service. You will also coordinate meetings with the branch's Mortgage Consultant.

Qualifications for success:

  • Previous experience in property sales
  • Ideally, experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Sales Negotiator
  • Strong emphasis on client satisfaction
  • Resilient, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in technology systems and possess a valid UK driving license
