Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial property transactions
  • Liaise with clients and work with partners to develop new client relationships and shape the future direction of the practice
  • 5+ years PQE gained focusing on commercial property within a leading commercial law firm
  • Demonstrable track record of leading on large and complex property transactions

About the Role:

The firm is flexible for the role to be based in their offices in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Our client is a leading commercial law firm who have been growing rapidly over the last few years. They have a very well-established and highly regarded real estate practice with an impressive client base across investors, developers, corporates, and public sector.

About the Practice:

The practice has a strong track record of delivering some of the largest commercial property transactions in the Scottish market. As a senior associate within the commercial property practice, you will be required to lead on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial property transactions, liaise with clients, and work with partners to develop new client relationships and shape the future direction of the practice.
