Job Title: Associate - Commercial

Morton Fraser MacRoberts is a forward-thinking law firm that values empowerment and agility. We are seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled lawyer with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing expert advice to clients on commercial real estate matters, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and agree forms of contracts for the sale and purchase of commercial real estate assets.
  2. Financial Management: Be proactive in the financial control of all your own and team matters, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
  3. Team Collaboration: Contribute constructively to the work of other team members/teams in the Real Estate Division.
  4. Business Development: Participate in and support business development initiatives within the Real Estate Division.
