Exciting Opportunity for Clinical Workforce Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational individual to join our Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services as Clinical Workforce Development Manager. This newly created role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the clinical workforce in our region.

About the Role

As Clinical Workforce Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the clinical curriculum at all levels within the faculty, with a particular emphasis on our Higher Technical Education programs. You will work closely with our NHS and healthcare partners to ensure full collaboration and manage a team of dedicated placement officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical curriculum at all levels within the faculty
  • Liaise with NHS and healthcare partners to ensure full collaboration
  • Manage a team of dedicated placement officers
  • Work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with significant experience of working in Healthcare and a recognized teaching qualification for the Further Education and Skills sector. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
