We are dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare by providing exceptional education and training programs. Our faculty delivers a comprehensive range of courses from Level 2 to Level 5, fostering strong partnerships with employers across the region.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our clinical curriculum at all levels. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our Higher Technical Education programs, including our newly approved FdSc Assistant Practitioner program and the upcoming Nursing Associate program.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated placement officers, ensuring seamless collaboration with NHS and healthcare partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our clinical curriculum, aligning with industry best practices and future workforce needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the faculty.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the faculty.
Your Qualifications:
  • Significant experience working in healthcare, with a Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification.
  • A recognized teaching qualification for the Further Education and Skills sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
