Exeter College is seeking an experienced Clinical Workforce Development Manager to join our Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the clinical workforce of the future for our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical curriculum at all levels in the faculty, with particular emphasis on our Higher Technical Education.
  • Liaise with our NHS and healthcare partners to ensure full collaboration.
  • Manage the work of a team of dedicated placement officers.
  • Work closely with the Head and the Deputy Head of Faculty and contribute to the wider faculty agenda.
Requirements
  • Significant experience of working in Healthcare.
  • Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification.
  • Recognised teaching qualification for the Further Education and Skills sector.
