We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Childcare Leader to join our team at Mytime Active. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality childcare services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Level 2 or 3 childcare/play work relevant qualification.
  • Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Paediatric First Aid.
  • Safeguarding Children.
