About the Role:

The MSK Physiotherapy Service in West London NHS Trust is committed to assisting patients in managing their pain, enhancing their conditions, preventing re-injury, and promoting overall health and wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily coordination and supervision of the borough-based MSK services administrative team.
  • Collaborate closely with specialized administrative roles to ensure comprehensive management of the Hounslow MSK services administration.
  • Act as the deputy to the Admin Manager, taking charge of supervisory staff management and electronic systems including S1 booking, ERS, and Health rosters.
  • Work in partnership with the business management team and clinical managers to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement of business systems.
  • Coordinate a thorough administrative support service for clinical teams, ensuring an effective referral and appointment management system through the electronic patient database.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, facilitating interactions between patients, caregivers, primary care, secondary care, community care, social care, and voluntary organizations.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and Trust policies while utilizing initiative to meet delivery plans within agreed timelines.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to team administrators as necessary.
  • Support the induction and training of new starters, along with conducting HR meetings related to probation, sickness, and performance.
