Key Responsibilities- Communication and Information Provision: Provide information and advice to service users, verbally and/or in writing, in a clear and sympathetic manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office administration, data entry, photocopying, printing, and ordering/receipting of supplies.
- Service Line Management: Maintain service line databases for record keeping, ensuring accurate reporting and invoicing.
- Team Support: Arrange meetings for the team, book interpreters and transport facilities for patient appointments, and liaise with hospitals and other health partners.
- Health and Safety: Report facility failures to the relevant contractors and report any other maintenance issues to ensure that premises are clean and safe.
- Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience is essential, with a good level of computer literacy and use of Systmone.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to deal with anxious or culturally diverse individuals.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and able to navigate E-procurement systems.
