About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Administrator to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communication and Information Management: Provide information and advice to service users, verbally and/or in writing, in an informed and sympathetic manner.
  2. Administrative Support: Deal with telephone enquiries, collate and enter activity data, and maintain service line databases for record keeping.
  3. Logistics and Coordination: Arrange meetings, book interpreters and transport facilities, and liaise with hospitals and other health partners.
  4. Stock Management and Procurement: Maintain and monitor stock, follow processes for ordering of goods/supplies, and navigate E-procurement systems.
  5. Health and Safety: Report facility failures, maintenance issues, and health and safety concerns to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Good level of computer literacy, use of Systmone is required.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer software such as MS Office.
