Wills and Probate Administrator

At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Probate Administrator to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our Wills team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Wills Team: Assist in drafting wills and associated documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients to obtain instructions and provide updates on their matters.
  • Manage Caseload: Oversee a caseload of Wills matters, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with Estate Administration: Support the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct Legal Research: Undertake research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a legal environment, preferably in Wills and Probate.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
