Wills Assistant/ Administrator Job Opportunity

Major Recruitment Oldbury is seeking a skilled Wills Assistant/ Administrator to join their team at the Shirley head office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic law firm, providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and type Wills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client matters.
  • Identify client needs for specialist advice and refer to supervisors as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective Wills administration systems.
  • Provide exceptional client service, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the marketing and development of the department and practice.
  • Render advice and progress matters to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and supervising fee-earner reports.
  • Liaise with partners, fee earners, and team members to maintain effective working relationships.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in Wills and probate, with a background in a legal support role.

Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with discounted parking available.
