**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wills Assistant to join our team at Katie Bard, a regional law firm based in Solihull. As a Wills Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and implementation of wills, as well as handling client matters effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and type wills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Handle client matters effectively, both on the phone and in person
* Assist in the administration of wills and implementation of a suitable system
* Support the marketing and development of our practice
* Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and fee earners
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in wills and probate or legal experience
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good interpersonal skills and a motivated attitude
