Join Our Team as a People Services Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated People Services Operations Manager to lead our HR Services team within Liberty Global. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.

About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our Employee Services team, you will oversee a group of Advisors and Administrators, ensuring operational excellence and compliance within your team. Your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration with various internal stakeholders to effectively address employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Drive team performance through key performance indicators, offering constructive feedback and coaching to enhance service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, managing relationships to align with team objectives.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to employees and managers, serving as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Project Involvement: Contribute to various People projects, ensuring your team is prepared and leveraging past experiences to improve the employee experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery to meet established quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with proven leadership experience, ideally in HR, shared services, or a corporate environment. Key qualifications include:
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple demands.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is advantageous.
