We are seeking a skilled People Services Advisor to join our Employee Services Team in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality advice, support, and resolution to employees, people managers, and external parties across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional and compliant service to all employees
  • Resolve employee and line manager service enquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data into associated systems
  • Communicate corporate policies and standards to employees and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve people services to meet employee needs

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in HR or Payroll, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • CIPD qualification (desirable)
