About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Operational Resilience and Continuity function. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations and maintaining the trust of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement incident management processes and strategies to minimize disruption to our business.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Operational Risk methodologies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Operational Resilience and Continuity to senior management and the Board.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of Operational Resilience and Continuity policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry peers to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and regulatory requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in Operational Resilience and Continuity. You will have a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role in Operational Resilience and Continuity.
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience and Continuity best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
