We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Operational Resilience function, driving the day-to-day roadmap and governance of all aspects of Operational Resilience and Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCiR).
Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis management and issues management services to top management cohorts, including the Executive team.
- Centrally manage and continuously improve the Society's Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Operational Risk methodologies.
- Provide SME support and leadership to a range of projects and programmes.
We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of Operational Resilience regulatory requirements and practical experience leading the application of those requirements within a financial services environment.
What You'll Bring- Expertise in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk, Business Continuity, and OCiR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders during serious incidents.
