Job Overview:
We are seeking a Head of HSEQ to deliver a best-in-class HSEQ function, ensuring the business remains compliant with all relevant regulations, including ISO standards, and addressing operational risks across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSEQ strategy, aligning with the company's growth plans.
- Lead a team of HSEQ professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity.
- Develop and maintain ISO standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HSEQ leadership, with a strong track record of compliance and risk management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
