Job Summary:

The In-Store Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in our Opticians Marketing team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience within our shops. This key position involves delivering high-quality, engaging value messaging that aligns with other marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation, production, and delivery of in-store marketing communications, ensuring creative assets align with the Boots brand principles.
  • Develop and execute all store-based communications to support company goals, covering trading plan priorities, events, advice, and information, NPD/trials, store development programs, and local marketing.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Merchandising, and Legal teams to ensure all activity is legally sound and reflective of Trading priorities.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop integrated through-the-line campaigns that deliver key customer goals and KPIs (eye test volume, conversion to purchase, customer satisfaction).

Requirements:

  • Previous marketing experience.
  • A passion for in-store marketing and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to brief and critique creative, working with our design agency to ensure best-in-class creative.
  • Good attention to detail and a high concern for order and quality.
