About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our In-Store Marketing team at The Boots Company PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through creative and engaging in-store marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute In-Store Marketing Strategies: Work closely with our Trading, Merchandising, and Legal teams to create and implement effective in-store marketing plans that drive customer engagement and sales.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with our Marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that deliver key customer goals and KPIs, including eye test volume, conversion to purchase, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Design and Produce In-Store Materials: Responsible for creating and delivering high-quality in-store marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, promotional materials, and other visual elements.
  4. Manage Budget and Timelines: Ensure that all in-store marketing activities are completed within budget and to tight deadlines.
Requirements
  1. Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on in-store marketing and customer experience.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  3. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
