Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute In-Store Marketing Strategies: Work closely with our Trading, Merchandising, and Legal teams to create and implement effective in-store marketing plans that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with our Marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that deliver key customer goals and KPIs, including eye test volume, conversion to purchase, and customer satisfaction.
- Design and Produce In-Store Materials: Responsible for creating and delivering high-quality in-store marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, promotional materials, and other visual elements.
- Manage Budget and Timelines: Ensure that all in-store marketing activities are completed within budget and to tight deadlines.
