Client Investment Operations Coordinator

Leading Wealth Management Firm – Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £28,000 + Comprehensive Benefits and Incentives

This position presents a remarkable opportunity for candidates with a minimum of one year’s experience in Investment Management, Financial Advisory, or Wealth Management to become part of one of the UK’s premier Investment & Wealth Management firms located in Edinburgh. As a member of the Private Client team, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Collaborating closely with Private Client Directors on all facets of client meetings, which includes organizing, coordinating, and managing all post-meeting documentation.
  • Generating client suitability reports, encompassing transfer assessments and analyses of new client portfolios.
  • Updating and maintaining client information across all platforms while processing instructions from clients and Directors.
  • Working in tandem with back office personnel and the client service team to ensure optimal practices and outcomes for clients.
  • Engaging with all members of the Private Client team, contributing to relevant projects and business initiatives.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a comparable Private Client Investment, Financial Advisory, or Wealth Management organization
  • A demonstrated client-focused approach, characterized by a proactive and energetic work ethic
  • A solid educational background, ideally with progress towards Financial Planning and/or Investment certifications
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
