Client Investment Operations Coordinator

Reputable Wealth Management Firm – Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £28,000 + Comprehensive Benefits and Incentives

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for candidates with a minimum of one year’s experience in Investment Management, Financial Advisory, or Wealth Advisory to join a prominent Wealth Management firm in their Edinburgh branch. As part of the Private Client team, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Collaborating closely with Private Client Directors on all facets of client meetings, which includes preparation, organization, and management of all follow-up documentation.
  • Generating client suitability assessments, including transfer evaluations and new client portfolio assessments.
  • Updating and maintaining client information across all platforms while processing instructions from clients and Directors.
  • Engaging with back office personnel and the client service team to ensure optimal practices and outcomes for clients.
  • Cooperating with all members of the Private Client team, contributing to relevant projects and business initiatives.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year’s relevant experience within a comparable Private Client Investment, Financial Advisory, or Wealth Management firm
  • A demonstrated client-centric approach, characterized by a proactive and dynamic work ethic
  • A solid educational foundation, ideally pursuing Financial Planning and/or Investment certifications
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
