Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Project Planner

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Project Planner to join a prominent Affordable Residential Contractor/Developer.

This role involves supporting the planning activities for a significant new high-rise construction project.

Your contributions will be vital in assisting with the planning process, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of the project.

The project entails a multi-phase development in a major urban area, featuring high-rise reinforced concrete frame apartments, with a total of 4000 units planned over an extended period.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of project timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with site teams and senior planning professionals.
  • Track progress and provide updates on critical milestones.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and suggest corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • Background in construction planning, particularly with high-rise developments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, MS Project).
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

This position will involve a mix of on-site and office work.

A valid driving license is required due to project location.
