Teaching Personnel - Higher-Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a specialist provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support to students with EHCPs
  • Work alongside the school SENCO and SLT to plan and deliver interventions
  • Support students with their transition into school

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students
  • Current Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service or willingness to undergo one upon application
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Registration with Teaching Personnel before commencement

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of £110+ per day
  • A 37-hour working week, term-time only, including INSET days
  • The potential to secure a permanent school contract after a successful trial period
  • Weekly PAYE through timesheets, with no agency fees or umbrella company
