Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum education of GCSE Level NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant experience within the NHS
  • Strong numerical and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with electronic Referral Service (e-RS) systems
