Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the corporate tax advisory division, offering strategic insights on various corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and corporate restructuring.
  • Formulate and execute innovative tax strategies that align with clients' business goals and deliver added value.
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for corporate tax inquiries.
  • Oversee the management of ongoing projects, billing, and profitability within the corporate tax department.
  • Guide, mentor, and recruit a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CTA or an equivalent professional credential.
  • Experience: Extensive background in corporate tax, with a solid record of delivering high-level advisory services.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of corporate tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, international tax, and corporate restructuring.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Client Focus: Exceptional client management skills, complemented by strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capacity to think strategically and provide innovative tax solutions tailored to clients' needs.
