Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Clark Wood. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level advisory and planning services to corporate and personal tax clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), owner-managed businesses (OMBs), partnerships, and high net worth individuals (HNWIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert tax advice and planning services to clients, including tax enquiry work and advisory support.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand client services and grow the tax portfolio.
- Enhance awareness and exposure of the firm's tax services in Northamptonshire.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax requirements.
Requirements:
- CTA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
- Relevant experience in IHT and CGT planning, and advising on residence and domicile.
- Proven track record in business development within a tax advisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
